Powerlifting

Powerlifting includes three parts:

squat,

bench press,

and deadlift.

Benchpress has run an individual career being now a separate event.

The trainings in the gym are performed in a globally unique system, with limited group size, taking into consideration individual capacity.
Dr. Bartháné R.I.A leads the trainings whose personality and experience is the key to the achieved results. As a professional conductor, she leads the work of the 6-8 persons in a sequence of systematically developed exercises. As a result there are no injuries, much more frequent is however fatigue fever. We love challenges and victory. This is exactly what this sport can give on each and every training.
